This category is divided two sub-categories:

1. Aviators program - for those individual that does not want to take piloting as c career but wants the benefits associated from practical flight
2. PPL integration program - this program is for those cadets that are interested in pursuing piloting as a career. The cadets will graduate from their high school with a PPC license & will continue with their CPL after high school, this program will enable cadets to finish their careers early.

PIC Junior club is set up to solve 3 problems

• Structured fee payment that is spread out in 4 years which makes it pokcet friendly and accessible to many.
• Career planning - many parents / guardians chooses a career based on high school grades, yet in actual sense, an individual is supposed to be motivated by a profession which will then motivate the individual to focus & improve their grades as early as form 1 or year 9 for IGCSE.
• Useful time- PIC junior cadets will have their practical training during school holiday & weekends (Saturday only). This greatly reduces the use of drugs which is done mostly during school holidays . At PIC the time will be used for an early career development, life skills , fitness programs which is mandatory to renew pilots hygiene & other acquired skills which can be transferred back to class or their day to day applications even for those that are taking the program only for the aviation program and not for career development.
• For over 100 years, airforce cadets selected for pilot program are the cream de la creme with sharp reflex situation awareness , impecable health , proper judgment, leadership & coordination. At PIC we do it in reverse; we use flight training to improve the life skills that are the requirement for airforce entry.
